All products are subject to availability. Some items are made-to-order; others are limited runs or curated through partners.

You will receive an order confirmation email, which acknowledges your order. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

Please note:
Print-on-demand (POD) items cannot be returned for wrong size/color ordered.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will always be replaced or refunded.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only.
8) Third-party partners & POD services
Many Breezes products are made-to-order or shipped directly through partners including but not limited to Printful, Printify, Yoycol, Gelato, BigBuy, and My Online Fashion Store.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment, shipping, and packaging may be handled by these partners.
Their processing policies (e.g., timelines, facility locations) apply alongside Breezes’ policies.
9) Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including designs, logos, text, images, videos, and product curation — belongs to Breezes by Steve unless otherwise noted.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
10) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Breezes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, opportunities, or data).
Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11) User-generated content (UGC)
If you submit reviews, photos, or social content tagged with our brand:
You grant Breezes a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, share, and repost that content for marketing purposes (with credit where possible).
You confirm you own the rights to the content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
