Breezes curates and (often) makes on demand. Your order is routed to the nearest fulfillment partner for efficiency and a smaller footprint. Some orders ship in multiple parcels with separate tracking.

Made-to-order: typically 2–5 business days.
In-stock curated items: typically 1–3 business

Estimated transit times (after dispatch)

USA: 3–7 business days
UK & EU: 4–9 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Australia & NZ: 7–12 business days
Other regions: 7–20 business days.

Return window

30 days from delivery. Items must be new, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.

How to start

Email support@breezesbysteve.com (or your preferred address) with order number and item(s). We’ll send next steps and, where eligible, a return label.

Exclusions (common-sense exceptions)

Made-to-order/POD and customized items: returnable only if defective or misprinted.
Beauty/grooming items: unopened/unused only (for hygiene).
Final sale items: non-returnable (clearly marked on product page).

Exchanges

If the item is return-eligible, we can exchange for size/color when available. Otherwise, you’ll receive a refund per original payment method once the return is processed.pit.

Refund timing

Within 3 business days of receiving and checking the return. Banks may take additional time to post.

If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, we’ll make it right.

Damages, Wrong Items & Lost Parcels

Lost in transit: If tracking stalls beyond 10 business days (domestic) or 20 (international), contact us; we’ll investigate with the carrier and support a fair resolution.

Where will my order ship from?

We route orders to the fulfillment center closest to your delivery address. That means shorter delivery times, lower emissions, and less waiting. Depending on what you order, items may arrive in separate parcels—each with its own tracking number.

Will my order arrive in multiple parcels?

Sometimes, yes. If your order includes items produced in different facilities, they’ll ship separately. You’ll get a tracking link for each parcel.

How do I track my package?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with live tracking details. If you ordered multiple items, each parcel will have its own linkipit.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently we work with standard shipping options for sustainability reasons. If you need something urgently, email us at support@breezesbysteve.com and we’ll see what’s possible.

How do I choose my size?

Some pieces are unisex, others are tailored for men’s or women’s fits. On each page, we note the fit so you can choose with confidence.

How should I care for Breezes pieces?

Wash cold, line dry, and skip the softener where possible. These small rituals extend the life of your clothes and lighten the footprint. Bonus: vinegar makes a great natural softener.

Can Breezes items be repaired?

While we don’t offer an official repair service yet, we design with longevity in mind. Many small fixes (like re-stitching a seam or replacing a button) can be done locally.

Do Breezes products come with a warranty?

Not in the formal sense—but if you ever receive an item with a defect, we’ll make it right. Just email us with photos and your order number..

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re new, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging..

At the moment of purchase. Your payment confirms the order so we can start fulfillment right away.

Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted SSL checkout. Breezes never stores your full card details.

What currency will I be charged in?

Does Breezes offer discounts or promo codes?

To reduce waste. Many of our items are produced only when you order them, so we avoid mass stockpiles and overproduction.e.

Does Breezes support any environmental or social initiatives?

Is there a recycling or upcycling program?
