Shipping & Delivery
How we ship
Breezes curates and (often) makes on demand. Your order is routed to the nearest fulfillment partner for efficiency and a smaller footprint. Some orders ship in multiple parcels with separate tracking.
Fulfillment time
Made-to-order: typically 2–5 business days.
In-stock curated items: typically 1–3 business
Estimated transit times (after dispatch)
USA: 3–7 business days
UK & EU: 4–9 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Australia & NZ: 7–12 business days
Other regions: 7–20 business days.
Note: times are estimates; carriers and customs may affect delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We aim for fair, simple, and transparent.

30 days from delivery. Items must be new, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.
Email support@breezesbysteve.com (or your preferred address) with order number and item(s). We’ll send next steps and, where eligible, a return label.
Made-to-order/POD and customized items: returnable only if defective or misprinted.
Beauty/grooming items: unopened/unused only (for hygiene).
Final sale items: non-returnable (clearly marked on product page).
If the item is return-eligible, we can exchange for size/color when available. Otherwise, you’ll receive a refund per original payment method once the return is processed.pit.
Within 3 business days of receiving and checking the return. Banks may take additional time to post.

If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, we’ll make it right.
Damages, Wrong Items & Lost Parcels

Damaged/Incorrect: Email support@breezesbysteve.com within 14 days with photos + order number. Resolution may be replacement or refund.
Lost in transit: If tracking stalls beyond 10 business days (domestic) or 20 (international), contact us; we’ll investigate with the carrier and support a fair resolution.
We accept major cards and reputable processors (configure in WooCommerce).
Checkout uses encrypted SSL.
We never store full card details on our servers.
Pricing shows currency by region; final taxes/duties shown at checkout where supported.
Duties, Taxes & Regions
International orders may incur import duties, VAT, or fees set by your local authority; these aren’t included unless stated at checkout. We’ll always show what we can before you pay. For EU/UK, we follow regional display rules and provide VAT invoices where applicable.
We’re privacy-first. We only collect what we need to fulfill orders, provide service, and improve the boutique. You control marketing consent; every email includes one-click unsubscribe.

Orders & Shipping

We route orders to the fulfillment center closest to your delivery address. That means shorter delivery times, lower emissions, and less waiting. Depending on what you order, items may arrive in separate parcels—each with its own tracking number.
Sometimes, yes. If your order includes items produced in different facilities, they’ll ship separately. You’ll get a tracking link for each parcel.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with live tracking details. If you ordered multiple items, each parcel will have its own linkipit.
Currently we work with standard shipping options for sustainability reasons. If you need something urgently, email us at support@breezesbysteve.com and we’ll see what’s possible.

Some pieces are unisex, others are tailored for men’s or women’s fits. On each page, we note the fit so you can choose with confidence.
Wash cold, line dry, and skip the softener where possible. These small rituals extend the life of your clothes and lighten the footprint. Bonus: vinegar makes a great natural softener.

While we don’t offer an official repair service yet, we design with longevity in mind. Many small fixes (like re-stitching a seam or replacing a button) can be done locally.

In most cases, yes—we’ll provide a return label. Some exceptions apply, such as undeliverable parcels being reshipped.
If the item is eligible and in stock, yes. If not, we’ll issue a refund once the original is returned.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and check your return. Banks may take a few extra days to post it back to your account.

Yes. We ship worldwide through trusted partners. Customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country—these are set by your local authority.
Absolutely. We don’t include invoices in parcels, so your gift stays a surprise. We also offer digital eGift Cards if you’d like someone to choose for themselves
Yes—digital eGift Cards are available in the shop. Choose the amount, add a note, and your recipient receives it by email.
