1) Return eligibility
Condition: Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging.
Window: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions:
Final sale items, gift cards, and digital products are non-returnable.
Due to our print-on-demand model, we cannot accept returns for wrong size or color ordered. Please check our Size Guide before purchasing.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always eligible for replacement or refund (see Section 3).
2) How to start a return
Email support@breezesbysteve.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include:
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Photo evidence (if damaged/incorrect)
We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide a prepaid return label (if applicable) or next steps.
3) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
DIf your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away.
Email support@breezesbysteve.com with photos and your order details.
Once confirmed, we’ll replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund.
Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
4) Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the funds to appear.
5) Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please check our Size Guide first.
Where possible, we’ll process an exchange for you. If not, we’ll suggest a refund and you may place a new order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6) Shipping & fees
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we sent a faulty or incorrect item).
Return shipping is:
Free if the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged.
Customer’s responsibility if returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind).
7) International returns
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid at checkout or on delivery are non-refundable.
Returns must be sent with a trackable service. We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
8) Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
First check your bank account again.
Then contact your card issuer or payment provider—processing times vary.
If you’ve done this and still have no refund after 10 business days, please contact support@breezesbysteve.com.
